Where do most of the students stay on spring break? Near old town around Duval? Or back out around Roosevelt?

If they can afford it most students will want to stay in Old Town. It is where all of the bars and nightlife are. Old Town has many B&B's and a few larger hotels. Most of the B&B's do not take students on spring break. Unfortunatly it is very expensive in that part of town so many end up in New Town. New Town has the beaches and a few more larger more affordable hotels/motels.
