I recently had the opportunity to spend some time in Key West. I went to the 1/2 shell raw bar and had a assortment of the things they had to offer. The conch fritteres were excellent and so was the conch chowder. The oysters were very tasty and just the right size. I really enjoyed the view of the boats and marina.If you go there be sure to get the rack of ribs. They were the best I've had in a long time. Also don't forget the Key Lime pie. It's well worth spending time there even if your just having a drink or two.

I love the hald Shell! It is a must for any guest to try. The food is freash and tasty. And the atmosphere is very Key Westy! The Po-Boys sandwiches are adictive!

LOL! That would be Half Shell and fresh! LOL! Fingers go too fast sometimes!

Just got back from Key West. Went to Half Shell for Stone Crab Claws and grilled grouper. Awesome, as always.

Just got back to Key West after tooooooo many weeks in the frigid Rockies! It was beautiful in Colorado, but NO AIR and NO HUMIDITY! Just stepped off the plane and went DIRECTLY to the raw bar for some oysters!

That Konrad knows how to buy oysters!

Awesome.... fresh salty air that you can almost taste... warm, bright, beautiful Key West! Love it... and the BEST way to love it is sitting at Half Shell or Alonzo's and slurping down oysters!
