Just had a tour of my friend, Rick Berard's, FABULOUS new property... it's called the Southernmost mansion... cos it's the Southernmost Mansion.

It's incredible. Rooms are not ready yet, but should be by this summer. It will be the most incredible place in the Southeast... maybe the whole country. Make reservations now!

It will be beautiful once they have it done. I think it has been under renovations for about 3 years now. Ugh! Very controversial down here (as most things are, lol!). There is even a helicopter pad on the property and the pool is one of those infinity pools. Rick will do a great job! I know he is missed greatly at Atlantic Shores. For those of you familiar with Key West the house we are talking about is The Southernmost House. Its the big pink one (Queen Victorian Style) at the end of Duval.

I'll be in town June 19-23 during the Cuban-American festival. Will this property be done by then do you think? How do I contact them?
