Icon10 Favorite chinese dishes

OK, thought I'd start a thread on people's favorite chinese dishes they like to get out. My absolute favorites are Chicken Fried Rice and Sesame Chicken, alias General Tsao's Chicken. Left picture is of the Sesame Chicken, right picture is General Tsao's Chicken. Where I get it has fried rice with it, not broccoli. Has a good sauce on it that has a little bit of kick to it. I am having a chinese food fit.

That peanut chicken looks yummy! Might have to check and see if Mandarin House serves that.

Peanut Chicken is always good to me, as is Gen Tsao's.

Lately, though... I've tried to stay away from the buffets and go for something fresher and more authentic.

Japanese Cuisine is always good. I love hibachi dishes. We have a few here in PCB (Mikato's, Kobe Steaks & Mori) but it takes so long to eat there, we seldom have time. I just wish we had a Jimmy's Japanese Hibachi here in PCB. Ate at the one in Myrtle Beach and it was as good as the big hibachi places (better even) and cooked to order very quickly. They also deliver. A Jimmy's would ROCK in PCB!!!

I've also recently discovered Vietnamese cuisine. Fresh, light and full of flavor without the heavy sauces you see at Chinese buffets. I love Lotus Vietnamese Cuisine in town and have yet to try the new vietnamese place in the walmart shopping center... but I will.

I've never eaten off of a buffet. Just one takeout container of whichever I order. I have never gotten anything off of a buffet at a Chinese place. Haven't tried Vietnamese food. Don't know what they serve. Looks close to Chinese food though as to things included in the dishes.
