I know but that is at least 500 miles from us even when it is along the panhandle. I welcomed the last rain we got from a hurricane. Sure cut into our deficit. Will welcome this one. People are constantly having to water the yards so I won't care if it pours! It would be a different story if we lived along the coast but I don't. So trishben, let it pour here.

Not a drop. Been bone dry all week. It clouds up here and and teases us with a little cooler air but not a drop of rain. My hydrangea looks pitiful outside and so does our yard that we have been trying to water in the front. Burning up. The rain misses us unless it is a huge massive system, the snow goes north or south of us. That sucks. They were mentioning a 50% chance of rain for tonight going down to 40% tomorrow but I doubt I will see it. I sure hope so though. We need it.
