Question Could this be Tropical Storm Debby?
The National Hurricane Center expects Tropical Depression 4 to strengthen into Tropical Storm Debby on Tuesday.
This storm as with all tropical systems should be monitored with a watchful eye though it is a week or more from any land impact.
I believe it worthy to note that some 80% of the Cape Verde tropical systems never make land-fall in the United States.
The Tuesday AM NHC forecast track takes TD 4, as a CAT 1 hurricane, to the Middle Atlantic this weekend.
