Workout Digest
Anyone have any workout secrets for abbs they want to share? Lately I just can't get that pump, I need to really bring out the definition. My costume is starting to bulge a little .

I know you're not bad mouthing the greatest substance on Earth, BEER. Beer actually makes you lose weight (the doctors that say otherwise are crackpots). It's the food you eat at 4am that is the bad thing.

I don't eat allot of junk food... I don't eat candy, nor drink pop or soda. I take multi-vitamins and do crunches every other day

Apparently the batting cages are a fantastic workout for the Abs and oblique muscles, as well as your back, and love handles. I went this weekend and took about 120 pitches at the Cobra batting cages (in Panama City Beach.) I feel like Hoise Gracy
hit me with a dozen swift kicks to the rib cage.
