Anybody on here tonight. Boy am I feeling better. Have felt better for several days now. I'm ready for some chatting. Got my nervousness and anxiety calmed down a bit. Noticed the other day it was around 67 at PC Beach. Wish I were there. It is cold here. Was 17 this morning.

Hey Beach! Glad you're feeling better!

It's around 45F right now and on it's way to 33F.
Not exactly warm, but better than 17F!!!

Welcome back!

Thanks. No, your temps are not as cold as here, that is for sure. We have had some major cold here this winter. And have had two Fridays straight with snow and sleet and flurries half the day today. I'm in a super good mood. I didn't help my problems any with all the stress and anxiety, that made my symptoms worse, and I was told that by a doctor.

Hey missourigirl, I think we had low 30's today at the most. 40 I think is what they are calling for here tomorrow and that is going to feel like a heat wave, around 48 for Saturday and Sunday. I am ready for spring also, never thought I'd hear that out of my mouth. But now we are going to have extra time for daylight savings time, from March into November. That will be nice.

my boys and i live for the time change in April...i like winter for the most part, but when it gets dark at 5:30, it becomes a little depressing, especially in a small town like where we live. There isn't much to do here until summer when we can spend time on the lakes and rivers.

Starting this year they are extending daylight savings time. Here are the 2007 daylight savings time dates. BTW, where in Southern Missouri are you?

Beginning in 2007, Daylight Saving Time is extended one month and begins for most of the United States at:
2 a.m. on the Second Sunday in March
to
2 a.m. on the First Sunday of November.

Hi Beach,

Glad you are feeling more like your old self! Cold here too, we usually get it a little colder and more snow, snowed off and on all day today.

I am praying for another snow day, I am covered up at work and could use a day of peace!

3 weeks and we'll be headed down to the beach, counting the days, already started tanning.

missourigirl is right up the street from us.

Kennett is in Southeastern Missouri between Malden and Steele, MO. Not far from Caruthersville and Blytheville, Arkansas.

Hey trishben, I am glad I feel more like my old self also if I just didn't have these problems with this acid reflux causing all of this tightness in my chest and on and off digestive problems. It comes and goes, and every time I stress over it, it gets worse. I hate it. Gotta just put it out of my mind and remind myself it is nothing that I haven't dealt with before. But the doctors want to do an endoscope to make sure it is nothing more than that, even though they feel it is just that. I do not think so. I don't feel that bad.

hey beach..i had the same prob about 6 yrs ago. Nobody could ever figure out why. After tons of dr.s poking and prodding on me, they finally perscribed Nexium and i've taken it ever since. No more acid reflux unless i eat lots of sugar or chocolate. The tightness in my chest was bad too..i feel for you.
