Hi there. Planning a trip to PCB, arriving in a couple of days. I'm trying to find out what the alcohol regulations are there and can't seem to find out anything on the web .

Can anyone answer these questions?

-Is there are bar curfew? i.e. in Texas, bars have to quit selling alcohol at 2am and close shortly afterwards.
-Can you purchase alcohol anywhere other than liquior stores, i.e. grocery stores?

Bars close at 4am in Bay County and last call is usually just before 4am.

Many area grocery stores have liquor stores. Super Wal-Mart also has a liquor store and if you're buying in bulk, try the liquor store at Sam's Club on 23rd street/

you can drink on the beach out of a cooler but not along the highway
if your caught drinking and walking you'll get ticket (open container law) I'm not sure if you can take a beer and walk along the beach legally ... but I've seen it done allot

Also no glass containers on the beach... What I like to do is make a margarita mix and when that runs out I hotfoot to Spinnaker, La Vela, or Schooners, there is also a place right by the boardwalk with a bar you can visit but every now and than they won't let you in unless your a patron of the hotel.
