Help, I hope someone can give me a good recipe to try for chili to use on nachos... not chili to eat as a meal...
One of my favorite places for nachos is a place called California Dreaming, anybody got an idea for a good chili to make to put on nachos? |

thanks for the links Stormi.... not exactly what I'm looking for... (although some of those dishes do look good and I'll be trying a couple of them).
I'm looking for a meaty chili, not like hot dog chili, and not like a bowl of chili... the kind of good spiciness that some restaurants put on their nachos -- and then top with cheese and jalapenos... any ideas? |

Yes, keep looking at those two websites, everything you ask was there as I am always looking at that site for Nachos. They are there, just do some browsing & you'll find what you are looking for. Might take a couple recipes to make one but they are there!
