- Personal Chef for the owners of one of the largest privately held companies int the world. I cook for them at their ranch 61/2 months out of the year, also reside on the ranch.

- In Montana in one of the most remote areas, almost on the top of the MT-Idaho border on top of the continental divide, closest town about 1 i/2 hours away.
- Interests
- Gourmet food, cooking traveling, writing, I've written 2 South Fla regional cookbooks, both very popular in the Keys and Key West in the mid to late 80's
