Take your running shoes out of the closet, because it is time once again for the Myrtle Beach Marathon. This year's marathon promises to be just as great as the ones before, with the Marathon Relay and the Le Bleu One Mile Family Fun Run. The race start and finishes at the Coastal Federal Baseball Field on 21st Ave. in North Myrtle Beach. The course boast a flat, fast and fun route along the ocean, golf courses, Myrtle Beach Boulevard and the "strip."

Best of all, the marathon benefits the Leukemia-Lymphoma Society of America. It has helped raise over $60,000 for the Leukemia-Lymphoma Society last year, and a grand total of over $200,000 over the course of four years of association.

The event takes place at the Coastal Federal Baseball Field, on February 19-21, 2004.
