Rossi's/Eighty-Eights is the way to go. They are located on restaurant row between North Myrtle Beach and Myrtle Beach next to Kroger.

There's a dueling piano bar in Celebrity Square at Broadway at the Beach. Didn't go in, but listened and looked from the outside and it seemed pretty cool. Pretty popular as well. Not sure if this is what you're looking for or not.

Yes, that is Crocodile Rocks. They do a great job. I think anyone can fun there.
