Me and 3 other girls will be coming to myrtle beach for spring break - march 3-9. is there anything goin on then? is there usually alot of people there then? we just really would like to know what there is to do there before we go.

When I was there in Feb. I asked around about it, and heard that it's nothing like panama city and cancun. There's parties and some of the bars bust out wth bikini contests, but the city doesn't encourage it.

Well, the truth is there is not much to do that week. It usually is the next week when more sprring breakers come in but the end of the week sees the early birds. I have been down there the last two years and it has been mid 50's to low 60's. Me and about 8 other guys go in the beginning of March. The clubs are OK, Freaky Tiki being the best towards the end of the week,Thursday night last year was off the hook. Broadway at the Beach and Club 2001 are the other clubs we went to last year. They were OK. Basically the week will be lounging around the condo we rent and golfing etc but hopefully there will be more going on this year. Having been to Key West and Panama City, Myrtle Beach really doesn't compare but the it beats Ohio in the middle of March. Have fun down there.

I live in Myrtle Beach and sorry to tell you there's not too much going on for the dates you mentioned,but we do have a couple of new clubs opened.Club Baja,Club Infinity and a concert club at Masters.Just ask a few locals and I'm sure you'll find a good time.Have fun and welcome.:)
