I am sitting here at work doing paperwork and watching you review dessert
places on Beach TV. You are driving me nuts!! I want some of that banana
dessert from Southern Market or that ganache cake. That ganache cake looks
so fantastic! I love chocolate and I have always wondered what the
definition "ganache" was (this never kept me from ordering it at the
italian restaurant where my sister worked). You asked the chef just as I
was wondering this again. It is the mixture of chocolate and cream! No
wonder I loved that cake. I think I will go to the vending machine down
the hall and get some oreo cookies now. I must have some dessert....--Sterling
