I was lucky enough to attend a Lowcountry cooking class recently at Liza's Kitchen in Panama City Beach. It was awesome!
Here's the menu: From Liza's Kitchen: We’re celebrating our Charleston culinary roots with a Low Country Dinner. Learn to prepare this gourmet meal while sipping wine at one of your favorite restaurants. Perfect for date night, girls’ night, or try-something-new night! Students will watch as Chef Mike Meek prepares a four-course, gourmet feast for your enjoyment with wines perfectly paired to each course by Sommelier Cat Meek.
