Hotels/Marathon

Looking for a hotel near where the MB Marathon will be held. I am not familiar with the MB area. Any advice is helpful, thanks.

You might want to try the Holiday Inn Oceanfront. I think it is right in the middle of where they have the race. It's on Ocean Blvd, not sure of the address though.

Whazzup?! Hey runnin you better get a move on getting a room if you want the HI Oceanfront. I have never been to the Myrtle Marathon but some buddies of mine have and they say it fills up quick!

Hey you come to any of the races in PC? I'm hitting the Gulf coast Triathlon. You should give it a go!

Thumbs up

Hey runnin, I just saw your ad on here, and I thought I would offer a suggestion as well. I really like this place and I know there rates are very reasonable for this time of year. It's the Yachtsman Resort Hotel, it's 20 stories and has a great view as well. My husband and I went there for our honeymoon and have reservations to go back in Feb for a 2nd honeymoon. Whew Can't wait. We stayed on the 20th floor. :D

Thnx everyone for the advice. Ended up staying at the Yachtsman and had a great room. Thanks southerngal. I was on a lower floor, but still saw quite a bit and there were a lot of other runners from the marathon there. Good advice!
