Calling all lords and ladies... the Louisiana Renaissance Festival has begun, and it has brought to life an old English village. There are lots of exciting things going on, including live jousting tournaments, sword play, live music, and actors performing Shakespear's plays. People can also enjoy watching craftsmen demostrate their abilities, and browse the marketplace for unique Christmas gifts. The festival will be running every weekend for the entire month of November, up until December 7.

I've heard that the LRF is awesome!

I went there last weekend and I had a great time. I especially liked all of the neet stuff you can buy there, and it is all made by the craftsmen there who do it the same way it was done in the past. I recommend going there to everyone! Tickets are only $10 for adults, and $6.50 for kids.
