New Orleans’ City Park has transformed into a holiday wonderland for the much anticipated event, Celebration in the Oaks . The entire park is decorated with over 2 million lights, massive ornaments, and lighted christmas displays. People can enjoy the park by driving through the two-mile route of City Park roads, and/or take the self-guided walking tour of the Botanical Garden, Storyland, and Carousel Gardens. The event is taking place now until January 4, from 5:30 p.m. - 10:30 p.m nightly. Come out and enjoy the magic of the holiday season!
