We arrived Thursday night and decided to have dinner at the hotel in the Hunt Room Grill . It was almost ten o'clock and they were incredibly gracious, seating us minutes before close. Melanie and I split a steak with the most amazing mushrooms, roasted garlic and caramelized shallots. We then took our drinks to the Carousel Bar which was kind of cool, drinks so-so. I think I like the tables in the back better than the actual Carousel itself. We finished the night off with the largest chocolate cake shot I've ever been served. Not a bad first night.
