That's excellent advice Gene, thanks! The party never stops in NOLA (and I've the hangovers to prove it!), even in summer, and with hotel rates that much cheaper, why wouldn't you visit then? You get hot, just pour a couple of gallons of Abita in you, and -pow- you're not hot anymore!

Those prices are incredible! Are they still holding at about the same rates? We're thinking about heading to NOLA the first of August. Yeah I know its hot as hell then. But I've always liked the city in the summer. Its very New Orleans, you know? Muggy and hot and perfect for drinking! :D
