The Grand Marshall of this year's Krewe of Endymion parade is Jason Alexander - George Constanza of Seinfeld fame.

New Orleans Saints lineman Kyle Turley will ride along dressed as Uncle Sam... there will also be a special tribute to the military this year.

The Krewe of Endymion’s Sixth Annual Samedi Gras Festival will occur on Orleans Avenue before the start of the Endymion parade on Saturday, February 9th.

The Samedi Gras Festival takes place at the Orleans median at North Olympia Street. Starting at 11:30am, four bands will entertain crowds at Samedi Gras. At 3pm the riders (numbering over 2,000 this year) will head to their staging area... the parade starts at 3:30pm.
