Ok so here is the thing i am from st.louis and i go to marti gras up here every year. but this year it was retarded. it seemed like just another night partying in the city. so i decided i am ready for New Orleans next year. can anyone give me some advice on where to stay for the cheapest price balanced with a close proximity to all of the partying. i hear burbon street is where to be. someone point me in the right direction please and thank you
