Hotel Provincial in NO

Who has stayed at the Hotel Provincial in New orleans.....Tell me what's good and bad about it. How about the St.Ann Marie Antoinette Hotel or the Chateau Hotel there? Locations on all look good as far as proximity to Bourbon Street..Thanks.
