I will be traveling to NO with my daughter and friends for her 30th birthday. I had booked us at the Wyndham Bourbon Orleans for 5 days.

I just found out that the hotel is undergoing reservations. Should I make different reservations. I want this to be a very special trip for her!

The Bourbon Orleans is a beautiful historic property located smack-dab in the middle of the fun of the French Quarter.

They're doing the renovation floor by floor, so it may not effect your visit. I suggest calling the hotel directly (not the 1-800#) and asking for the Rooms Division Manager to give you an idea of what to expect upon your arrival then. Since they decided to stay open during the renovation, I'm confident that the impact on their guests will be minimal. Wyndham Hotels are, of course, first-rate properties.
