Fresh From Florida Seafood at Buddy's Seafood

Opened by the Wood family–with fisheries in Port St. Joe that date back to 1862--Buddy's Seafood passed into the trusted hands of the Cooper Brothers, Brian and Matt like it was always meant to be there.

Buddy's Seafood isn't the kind of place that changes much, or that anyone wants to change much. After all: simple and perfect is... simply perfect.

Or the steam bar, offering crab legs, lobster, shrimp, new potatoes, and corn.

Or easy, homemade to-go choices like smoked fish dip, gumbo, and Key lime pie.

Buddy's Seafood: always been here and always will be, just the way you like it.

Buddy's Seafood: Hwy. 79 just 1/2 mile off the beach.

Is this a seafood shop or a restaurant?

It's a seafood Shop.

It's a very good seafood shop. We go there for steamed shrimp every summer.
