Question Jet-Skiing at St. Andrews

Hey Folks!

Looking for some information on St. Andrews State Park as far as access to the boat ramp. 2 guys and one single girl heading to PCB - maybe staying at the Howard Johnson and bringing 2 jet-skis to ride out in the gulf, or, if the water is rough-- in the bay areas. Will the traffic be terrible? Does the boat ramp close early -- reach a limit? We are planning to jet-ski by day and go clubbing/Pub-Crawl by night. 2 outa the three of us are old dinosaurs (over 26) so we will try our best to fit in--hope we are welcomed!! Any tips, info and help would be GREATLY appreciated!!!!!! Thanks in advance folks for any answers and wishing you all a great Spring Break 2004!!!!

If you're staying at the Boardwalk HoJo, traffic to St Andrews won't be bad at all. Not sure about a limit or closing time for the ramp...

There's some contact info on the St Andrews State Park website... I'm sure someone there could give you all the info you need about the park.

i know this is an older post and seems like the question was answered....

i live walking distance from st andrews state park,

they are open from 8am to sundown (or so they say) 365 days a year.

prices should be $3 per car (one person) or $5 per car up to 8 people
$1 per person if you walk, bike, or ride in on a motorcycle or scooter.
i ride my bike there sometimes because there isnt much trafic compared to streets.

there may be a fee for boat trailers and etc. but im not sure.
here is a map of st. andrews park:

if you need anything else in particular let me know by PM and i will try to find out the next time i go.
