ocean condition

hi all
i am still planing a trip to pcb in a few weeks. I had contacted one of the hotels to check on availablity and she stated that the water was not the emerald green they were accustomed to . what type of condition is the water in after all of these storms.

There is lots of seaweed and settlement after big storms. It should clear up in a few weeks. The seaweed should clear up pretty quick.
