Are there any outlet stores in the area?

I'm also interested in nurseries and gardens that might be within an hour of PCB.

There aren't really any outlet stores in PCB (we're supposed to get some in Pier Park, but who knows when?!). However, there's still plenty of good shopping in Panama City Beach. Plus, the Panama City Mall is across the bridge in town.

There are plenty of nurseries... best bet is to look in the phonebook. I do know there's a huge nursery next to Holiday Golf Course on Back Beach Road.

Destin (just 45 minutes West of PCB) has one of the largest designer outlets in the nation - Silver Sands Factory Stores. It's a shopper's paradise!

Also in Destin, check out Destin Commons - it's an open-air shopping center that was complted last year. Lots of cool stuff, including Bass Pro World, Hard Rock Cafe, and tons of clothing and houseware shops.

Can't forget about The Market Shops at Sandestin... another great shopping experience.
