Pier Park
Construction on the long awaited Pier Park will begin in about two years or so. The property was sold to the Simon Property Group for $26.5 million on Thursday. The Simon Property Group runs malls and shopping centers such as the Mall of America. Pier Park is expected to be a nice outdoor shopping center. The process of Pier Park has been going on for seven years; it is nice to see it is finally getting off the ground.
