Icon5 Weather & Seaweed?

Hi, My family is planning on coming down on the 11th of June and staying a week. I am from Alabama and I know it's been raining alot here and was wondering if anyone near there could let me know what the weather was supposed to be like next week? Also, is there alot of seaweed on the beaches? Any info would be GREAT! Thanks!!

I beg to differ - there is seaweed everywhere. I live a block and a half from the gulf and I was there Saturday. It's all over the beach and everywhere in the water. It doesn't hurt you to swim in so it won't affect your trip. It looks like it just started to come in, it wasn't dried out yet.

I haven't seen the seaweed yet. We were at the Beach May 23rd and it was clear.

Even if it does come in, most resorts clean it up daily. So does the State Park. Unless it gets really bad this year, it shouldn't be much of a nuisance.

Good luck.
