Beach Re-nourishment??

Hi,
A friend just got back from PCB and said she thought they were dredging again. Is that true? We were down a couple of years ago and they were dredging off St Andrews for beach re-nourishment and it was awful! The kiddie pool area of the beach was murky and full of dead things. Yuck! If they are dredging-when is it supposed to be over?
