1st Trip To PCB

My wife and I will be coming to PCB for the 1st time Sept.10.We are staying at The Summit.Is this a decent place to stay?Will the tiki bar still be open at that time?Also,can you tell me about any "must do" or "must see" things while we are in PCB?
