Anybody else going to be at the Summit during these days??? Lemme know we're going to party hard!!! AUBURN UNIVERISTY WAAAAAAAR EAGLE!!!

Me and myself will be staying there that week. I'm not going to party hard like you. I will just be watching all the party people from my balcony at the Summit. I'm a little to old for the crowd that will be there. I just hope the fish and squid will be biting that week. If so I will be cooking up some and passing it out at the pool. I will also be bringing my Jambalya 15 gallon pot and giving everyone a taste of Louisiana cooking if the Summit management will me cook some Jambalya. It cost me $1 a plate to cook it. The pot will hold about 100 good size servings. If I can get donations to pay for the food I buy, I will cook every day that I am there.

Freakin sweet dude... I've never had any jumbalya, but if I'm drunk enough I just may try it... I'm real plain about what I eat. Anyway... don't worry about that age crap... I'll come over and drink some brewskies with ya... keep an eye on the message board here because I'll be bringing the laptop so I can keep tabs on the message board. Goodluck on your fishin... my grandmother lives in Mexico Beach, so we're going down to the bridge between there and port st. joe to do a little fishin... thinkin about trying to find a cheap charter maybe.

The Summit has 2 computers in the lobby that are online. I use them when I stay there. I have fished on the Mexico Beach pier several times. I caught a couple of spanish mackrel and flounder. Also several small sharks. I like to go scalloping in July in the bay just north of Mexico Beach. The water there is crystal clear. You can wank out 1/2 mile and the water is just waist high. I'm glad my wife has decided to stay home. She doesn't know what goes on at PCB this time of year. She just thinks I fishing. Ha Ha Ha!!!!!!!!!!!

Oooh Mississippi...U a bad boy;) . Anyway, u sound like you stay at the Summit often. Do you have a hook-up there on the prices or do you own any of the condos? Friends own any? I'm just trying to find a deal. Let me know.

I have 5 weeks of condos that I trade with. I really don't need to be in PCB on this week during Spring Break. The unit I have is a 1 bedroom that will sleep 6. I won't know the room # until check-in on 3/25.

I probably won't get any takers on my week. I think I will have fun just cooking Louisiana Sausage and Chicken Jambalaya. I will probably cook several times. If I get donations to cover my cost I will cook every day. The 1st two pots are on me and free to all. If the squid are in and I catch some then I will cook up some fried squid. Squid taste great if they are freshly caught.

Ah man.....fresh squid.....I love it!!! Wish I was going to be down during that time. :)
