Peanut Festival?
For a bit of a change of pace, if you're coming into or leaving PCB by hwy 231, you might want to stop just outside of Dothan, Alabama and take in the world-famous Peanut Festival!
That's right, Peanut Festival. Dothan, the "Peanut Capital of the World," expects over 160,000 people to crowd the fairgrounds during the event. Since the area produces somewhere around 65% of the peanuts grown in America, you can see why they'd want to celebrate... So, live a little... you'll enjoy it!
