Water Temperature
On the live beach cams i see lots of people on the beach, but no one in the water....is the water still pretty cool or is it just right to swim in?

It's pretty much like bath water. Maybe a little cooler, but not much.

Guess you like cold baths, Gomer? Water temp is about 79 degrees (F) right now. Might seem a little cool to some people, but feels good after a couple hours in the sun.
Weather has been pretty mild so far this spring (got down to the high 50's last night and back in the low 80s today), but only another week or two and we'll be seeing 90's. Water temp will continue to rise until it reaches about 88 degrees mid-summer. Don't know about you guys, but I'm ready for some water skiing and wakeboarding! It's time!
