Just wrote a LONG review of a two week vacation, but once I completed after about 30 minutes of typing, once I submitted, I had to sign in again and lost it all..........So no review, will not do it again.

OH NO! I'm so sorry that happened. We'll look into it and see if we can find out why it did happen and fix it so it doesn't hapen again.

I know how frustrating that can be. Although I've never had it happen on Tripsmarter, it has happened to me on other websites, forums, etc. It can make you so mad. Sorry!

Okay. Thanks. We're still testing and looknig into it. So far we haven't been able to duplicate the error.

Are you using Intenet Explorer and Windows XP.
