EMERALD BEACH renters beware do not be mislead as we were this place is far from complete and is not even worth a half price rental. only one pool is open so look for overcrowed pool on major weekends. The rooms are small and tiny balcony. This is a convention resort and not a place to take the family to enjoy the beach. YOU can sit out ontop of a parking deck in Atlanta or any other big city around a pool. I see major problems with people getting across skywalk with people in sports bar. I see a lot of better new condos on the market for the same price or less. This is not a good choice a t any price at this time . Even next spring at near completion this one is a major disaster. They really skimped on the beach side of this condo. They try to suck you in with the lobby but that is all and the rest is 3rd rate. The EDGEWATER and LONG BEACH have better rooms and as far a EMERALD BEACH goes this pool is a mudhole compared to others.
