I travel to PC from my LA (Thats Lower Alabama) house and like to stay on the west end of town, my problem is that I dont want to launch my Jet Ski at St Andrews Park and ride 15 miles and have someone else drive the SUV back. The last time I was there a local Jetski renter put my Ski in and took it out for me, at a cost of 30 in and 20 out, I could have used that $50 elseware in town. The operator told me that no vechiles were allowed on beach between 10-4 and you need a permit. The questions I have are

Can I launch on the beach before 10am and after 4pm without a permit

Can I leave my ski on the beach overnight

If I need a permit do you know of any company that has one that wont charge me 50 bucks for 20 minutes work on the west end (16000 block or further west)
