Sting Rays and Hammer Heads?
Last weekend I took the Shell Island Shuttle to do some scuba diving around the jetties across the channel. We saw about a dozen or so good size sting rays. Including the tail they were about as big as we are. The person (nice guy BTW) piloting the shuttle boat told us the hammer head sharks usually followed in after the sting rays and that we should come back soon...
Can someone confirm this theory? If so, that'd be one hell of a photo op Here's a picture my dive buddy took up close of one of the rays.

bubba bob-
I have never heard of that theory but I would not want to be the one testing it either. |

Sharks have been given quite a bad rep from television and the media. Shark vs diver incidents are extremly rare.
