Looking for a band

Last year there was a show band playing at "The Breakers" called Cha Chi and the Allie Cats. Does anyone know if that band is playing anywhere else in PCB? It looks as if there is a different band at the Breakers now.

This band is no longer a band. In my opinion when Chachi was with the group "CLUTCH", that was the best band on the beach. ChaChi broke off with the band and formed the Ali Cats or something like that.He tried to make it on his own but failed i guess. Clutch has since had a few rough years with one of the members suffering a stroke at a early age. Please keep him in your prayers. There are a few original members of CLUTCH still there and they play at private functions as well as travel to different cities. I will always be a CLUTCH fan no matter where they go. Too bad Breakers made a bad choice and not re-new the contract with this group when they had a chance. From what i hear, the band playing at Breakers really BITES. Maybe one day we will hear CLUTCH's name back on the beach with a show stoppin venue.

They were the best

We watched "Clutch" for years. They were awesome. The last time we saw them was their last year at Breakers. I agree, not a smart move on Breakers part. We never went to see them that the house wasn't packed. And by the time the night was over, your bar bill could really add up, even if some went the non-alcohol route. I am still hoping that Clutch will be playing somewhere in the vicinity when we get down there. And we would love to see Cha Chi again. Even if he's with a different band. He was a really good front man. I think there were some problems, but when you have that many talented people together for that long, it's bound to happen. And they were some of the most talented people I've ever had the pleasure of encountering.
