Seafood Festival

Seafood Festival is now history. The layout was a much improvement from the past years, lots of food vendors, but not many LOCAL FOOD VENDORS.
HEY, We are there to support Panama City Beach, Where are you?
Most of the food was from out of state but was good, Very PRICEY though. The arts and crafts were good ($800.00 for a ships wheel with a mirror in it?) Good they had a several ATM machines. Music was continious and a good mix. GOOD JOB this year.......JUST find some LOCALS to entice us to spend our MONEY, My opinion only....

Festival...........

For the first time in five years, it hasn't rained on this festival - and as a local I can tell you that I have participated and supported this function - that being said - many of the local businesses have lost so much money participating in the past and the overall management has changed so often that we just never know what we're gonna get - and it got a little pricey in the past few years .... I missed it this year as I was out of town but have heard mixed reviews with the general consensus matching yours....it was better than it has been - which just no rain helped that perspective -

When you live in an area like ours - you tend to get burnt out ... same 'ol stuff - just a different year - so we venture out of town to see other things and try to bring fresh and fun ideas back to the table ........... I mean, come on - how many of these things should we LOCALS have to endure?

Just my opinion

As many as it takes to stimulate P.C.B's STAGNANT Economy.
I've been going monthly to P.C.B. for decades and its seen BETTER days,
Its still a great place to go for a PEACEFUL getaway just getting very pricey. The festival still needs an injection of LOCAL restaurants to show their pride in Panama City Beach.
Just an Opinion. David I.
