Spring break has ended but the partying continues throughout the year here in PCB. You don't want to miss a single good time and you don't have to!

As for where we are filming...you are in the right place. I try and give notice right here of all the places that we film on a weekly basis. Plus, tune into our show to see all the places we have been and even find out other places we are headed....

It going to be a big year with Club Hour...lots of surprises and special events coming up with the show....I can't say too much, but if you ever wanted to be on television, I suggest you pull that microphone out of the closet and start practicing, you never know the opportunity that Club Hour may give YOU!!!!

If you want to be on TV, here's the place!!!! Seriously, I have been getting hundreds of emails asking where you guys and gals can come out and be a part of Club Hour so here are some of the upcoming shoots:

Well, the big event is this Saturday night at Spinnaker! Yup, Spring Break is over but the fun is just beginning, its time for: THE COREY CANTY'S OUT OF SIGHT GET DOWN SATURDAY NIGHT!! Words may not be able to do this party justice as it is a combination of your favorite funk, disco, and current music all thrown into one club...toss in a few costumes, hot dancers, and one DJ that is a complete nut, and the equation equals one thing --FUN!! and Club Hour will be there, will you?

Friday, April 12 at 5PM Club Hour will be sailing with the Island Time Wine and Cheese Cruise....no its not a superclub, but its a great way to start an early evening with some friends and loved ones....nice change of pace from funnels and sweat filled dance floors

On the same night, we will be headed downtown Panama City. Downtown? Yup, we are going to be at the Warehouse, its one of the most popular attractions to those on the other side of the bridge....so popular in fact that many of us beach bums are headed that way too...live music and good times await us there.

How about checking out the Miss Thunder Beach Contest...come with us on May 3rd to Katmandu to celebrate the crowning of the 2002 Miss Thunder Beach. Last years event drew tens of thousands and they are expecting even more this year! We will be there in the evening at the newest beach club in PCB. You will not want to miss this one...it should be noted that this place had over 30 different kinds of beer....sounds like home sweet home to Club Hour!!!

hey randy. do you have any gigs on sat. the 20th? my old roomate from college is coming to town and wants to get on the tv. any luck?

Man that is bad timing...it is the only weekend in April that we are not shooting here in PCB, and that is because the show is hitting the road and heading to Myrtle Beach. Our other station is up there and we are going to shoot eight new clubs in the Myrtle Beach area....

You will have to tell your friend to come back in the summer...or who knows he may like it so much he may never leave....that's what happened to me.

Club Hour

It was a cool, laid back evening in PCB and my lady and I wanted to enjoy a night out full of local color and flair. We asked around and heard that a place entitled Ms. Newby's was the place we wanted to head. We also read that Club Hour was going to be filming there and knew it was the location of the evening.

I should start from the beginning...i was in PCB on business. It appears that the fun ones of Spring Break have no regard for their hotels and the shower curtains within them, and that is where I come in. After nearly 40 years in the businesss, I am somewhat of a self-proclaimed expert in the area of shower curtain ring installations. Wherever there is a saggy curtain, I'll be there; wherever one lacks privacy while showering, i'll be there; mold/mildew covering your current curtain, yup, you guessed it, I'll be there!!

Well enough of that...we were drinking a cool and tasy Hunch Punch and viola there was a camera on me and the misses! Club Hour was filming us and we will be on their show within the next week!!! I can't wait to call cousin Marla, the last time I was this excited was when she and i went to our prom together.

I am in PCB all the time and now that I know you guys post where you plan on filming, I am going to be there.

P.S. can you guys send me a tape - the clothes hanger rabbit ears and tin foil of our TV only allow us to pick up PBS.

That's the same job that John Candy had in that movie "Planes, Trains, and Automobiles".. I never knew people did that stuff in real life, but I guess somebody has to do it.. and with all the hotels, motels, and resorts here in PCB, you're probably pretty busy!

You learn something new everyday, I guess.

I'll look for you and your lady on TV. I should get back to work or it's curtains for me. (hee.)

Man with the stories going around here, I just may lose my job!! It seems everyone is an entertainer...mmm, that gives me an idea. how would you guys and gals like a chance to co-host Club Hour for a week? Don't worry, more details will be here soon.

Wow, the show is in full swing and we are shooting like craxzy this weekend...as we all know its the official start to the season here in Panama City Beach and we are going to capture every minute of the fun!

On Friday night you can't go wrong at the Spinnaker Beach Club. Not only will we be out there looking for a new co-host as part of our month long contest...but we will also be highlighting the Big-O's weekly Frriday noght show. That's right, come party with our cameras as Omar celebrates the New year at Midnight with free champagne and tons of prizes and promotions....who knows you may end up, micorphone in hand, helping to host the entire event...

On saturday, grab your Gilligan hat and head out to the Sunset cruise aboard the Island Time boat. Club Hour is setting sail and enjoying a beautful evening on the Gulf of Mexico....Wine cheese and people from all over will be enjoying yet another breathtaking sunset, not form land, but from the slendor of the large boat. Don't miss out on this one of a kind experience...

And Saturday night it party time! We are shooting an all new Club LaVela tour!!! Thats right, all ten clubs in a whirlwind tour of the Largest Nightclub in the USA. Come out and be part of LaVela 2002 Club Hour piece....better wear comfortable shoes though, you may have to run to keep up with us as we detail every nook and cranny this massive club has to offer.

Not enough of fun yet? Well Sunday evening we will be at the newly renovated and expanded County Pier. Right across from Miracle Strip Amusement Park and the ALvin's Magic Mountain, this new evening attraction will soon become one of the hottest early evening spots on the beach! Free parking, a pier strectching out into the emerald water, entertainment, drinks, BBQ, great food....well the list goes on and to see for yourself make it out there on Sunday for one of the prettiest sunset locaotions on the coast.

Hold up...what if you are not leaving upon the end of the weekend? One last item of fun, how about a laser show? Come out to Gulf World and check out their nightly laser Show. We will be filming on the Tuesday following Memorial Day and whether you are a family or a group looking to ahve fun in the early evening, the new and imporved Laser Show from Gulf World will knock your socks off!!!

WOW!! If you were not in PCb for Memorial Day, you missed out on one heck of a holiday weekend!!

First off it was unbelievable weather which set it up to be one of the greatest holiday weekends ever. And secondly....17th Floor was in town. Quite possibly the BEST band i have ever seen at a club or bar, they played all weekend at the World Famous Spinnaker!!! This show band tore the roof off three nights in a row and I think if you ask around you will find out thousands were there for all three nights!

If you missed these guys you have to wait until Spring Break of next year...and that is kind of scary, the crowd was crazy enough this weekend for these guys, I cannot imagine what it will be like during SBzero3...

Spinnaker was not the only hot spot...LaVela practically burst at their seams on both Friday and Saturday night with thousands upon thousands partying their three day weekend away. Sunday nigth was huge as well proving that people don't care when the week ends or begins here in PC!

The town was so packed that even the famed MissNewby's was so full that one could not find parking within about a half of a mile...jazz concerts, festivals, beach boys concert, and a strip full of fun traffic and pedestrians...

Good news if you did miss out....Club Hour captured it all. So check out the video archives and the Club Hour Page over the next week or so and see all the action as we constantly update to show you the hottest parties on the Gulf Coast....
