Mr. Surf's in Panama City Beach always has its collective finger, or surf board if you will, on all things... surfing...and in this case "skimming," the relatively new sport that appeals to so many kids and adults, for that matter. Who hasn't enjoyed slipping on a pair of clean white sox and finding the best wooden floors at home for a nice, long skiiiiiiid? Skimming is very much the same idea but you use a very thin "skimboard" designed to get the maximum skid along the smooth sandy shoreline of the world's most beautiful beaches!
