US AIRWAYS BEGINS new service to Panama City, Fla. from its hub in Charlotte, N.C.
Airline Also Begins Service to Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; Gulfport/Biloxi, Miss. Begins May 4

TEMPE, Ariz., April 7, 2008 — Yesterday, US Airways gave customers three new ways to access Panama City. Three new daily flights began from the airline’s largest hub in Charlotte, N.C., complementing new service from Charlotte N.C. to Fort Walton which also began April 6. New flights to Gulfport/Biloxi, Miss. are set to begin on May 4. All of the new service will be operated by wholly owned US Airways Express carrier PSA Airlines using 50-seat Bombardier manufactured CRJ200 regional jets.

“The entire Gulf Coast is showing exciting growth, and we are thrilled to be a part of it,” said US Airways Director of Express Planning Jason Reisinger. “With this new service, Floridians can access 125 non stop destinations from our Charlotte hub, and visitors to the Sunshine state now have 15 destinations to choose from when planning their trip.”
