Windham Panama City?

Has anyone stayed there? It's at 14700 Front Beach Rd. Think the Flamingo is near by? I posted on the "Where To Stay" forum but this one seems to get more traffic. I'm jonesing for my PCB fix! (We had a frost the last two nights!) It's time to make reservations...
