Cool pics - but, don't look if you're afraid of sharks

I received these through email... they are photos of 3 small hammerheads that ended up in the kiddie pool at St. Andrews State Park.

Before you get too sacared, this is an extremely rare occurance and not as dangerous as it would seem to people who haven't been around the Gulf much.

Although you should always get out of the water when sharks are in the area, Hammerheads aren't known for attacking humans. According to the International Shark Attack Files the Hammerhead shark has only been attributed with a total of 33 recorded attacks since 1580 and no deaths: Great Hammerhead Shark

I would have loved to have seen this up close. Those little guys were probably just lost and trying to find their way out of the jetties.

As a shark lover, I find this extremely cool. People must remember, it is the shark's ocean WE are intruding on, not the other way around
