Celadon Not A Good Choice
 Arrived at Celadon today poor layout beach pool is shadded by new Condo. But only 3 low speed elevators for 23 floors. This is not the place to be on a major holiday. Lots of angry people. Unless you get a real deal do not consoder

It is located next to the New Splash. They only have 3 elevators most condos this size have at least 4.
