Hula-hoop PCB?

I saw this sign while in PCB close to Club LA Vela, on the corner where Alvin's Island is located. I thought it was funny:

Is that supposed to be a surfboard? Kinda funny, though... I'll see if I can spot any more around the beach. Wonder who will claim responsibility? An aggressive Hula hoop group?

I actually think I saw a couple more while driving the strip.
