Panama City Beach Party Scene?
I understand that Panama City has a great party scene during Spring Break but is it the same in the summer? My friends and I are 21 and looking for a beach to party at this summer. Will we find big parties in the summer at Panama City beach or is it more of a family place this summer?

Of course there are families there but it is still a party scene in the summer. All the clubs are open.
